About

世界海洋日發起於1992年里約熱內盧的地球高峰會，2009年時成為聯合國官方認可的全球性活動，期望以慶祝與合作方式，喚醒大家對海洋環境的關注，促進大家對於環境認知，共同創造更美好的未來。

位於台灣西方的澎湖群島由九十座大大小小的島嶼所組成，海岸線總長度超過320公里。龍門的亂石飛浪、鯨魚洞的巨濤潮音、菓葉的曦光乍現、觀音亭的悠閒愜意，在陸與海的交界，潮間帶與大陸棚豐富的生態，將會是你走出人造森林外最為美好的體驗。

在世界海洋日的這一天，敬邀各位探員來到澎湖，一同感受海洋環境的美好。

World Oceans Day was proposed in 1992 at UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and it was officially recognized by the United Nations in 2009. Though the celebration and collaboration all over the world, the purpose of World Oceans Day is waking up the public attention and the cognition of ocean environment, and pursue for better future together.

Penghu islands are an archipelago combined with 90 small islands. The coastline in Penghu stretches more than 320 kilometers. There are some popular attractions, such as Longmen, Whale Cave, Guoy, Guanyinting Recreation Area…etc. At the border of land and sea, the biodiversity of the intertidal zone and the continental shed will bring you an entirely different feeling from the urban jungle.

Agents! Please come to Penghu on World Oceans Day, feel and enjoy the fantastic ocean environment around this beautiful island.

Every agent who completes at least 6 of 18 official missions and gets verified on-site will receive a Mission Day medal count.
